This time next year, we’ll be wishing we were back in September 2020. You know, the good old days before things got so messed up in 2021.
The executives will raid the cookie jar to give themselves bonuses again this year, and when nothing is left the company will go BK. When you see that the 15th floor is paid out hefty holiday bonuses again - even though stocks are down, an SEC investigation is on-going, profitability is down, and Mattel's toy sales are down - you'll know what's up.
Mattel will not be Mattel. It will come a new owner.
