How is the second attempt at E2E going after the utter disaster of the first try? Even the declining number of cheerleaders seem to be silent about it.

Keeps Badri in a job.
E2E came from Cameron. Cameron had a corporate culture where something like E2E can actually be implemented and achieve improvements. SLB doesn't have a culture that supports E2E. It's just another example of esoteric business-speak that SLB executives use to pretend that they give a darn about hourlies and those under G13. The only purpose it serves is that executives use the results against middle managers. If the team scores are bad, it holds up transfers, promotions, or puts targets on the backs of the managers.
NAL is still getting it. Confirmed outside of Asia for you bud.
Posting from Asia -I received few goodbye emails today, so the bloodbath is on again, so far : Balikpapan, KL and Australia. Any news outside asia?
A gimmick invented by Cameron's that never achieved anything.Bought into by Schlumberger, and still achieving nothing.
These silly initiatives are an insult to anyone with a real brain. They accomplish nothing and waste the time of people trying to do their jobs. They provide busy unproductive work to the people who create and administer this nonsense. Schlumberger needs to get to work and get rid of the bureacrats creating these useless initiatives
Ah yes...E2E...another ‘good times’ exercise. I’m sure all the action plans set out have been complete....
E2E was always a joke at FMPC. Huge waste of money.
Another fine example of Schlumberger's foresight, planning and an extraordinary ability to spend money on what should be obvious if they had any decent managers.
