Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Another hurricane, and another 300 or more reschedules at A&E. YAY!

Another day at A&E, and another hurricane hitting the Gulf Coast in the next day or two, and another 300 - 500 'members' being rescheduled. Most already waiting over three weeks or longer to get their appliances fixed. Still no plan to get the reschedule count down and there never will be. Why? Because no one gives a c-ap. As long as management, (working from home), doesn't have to be accountable to these 'members', they just don't care. Management should be REQUIRED to call each and every one of these members to reschedule their service appointments for whatever reason they need to be rescheduled. Simple solution to a simple problem. And then they may realize what is wrong with A&E. But they won't. Again, they don't give a c-ap.
But make sure you keep count of all of your 'Weather Reschedules', because if you don't, you're gonna get a verbal whoopin' through e-mail. So sad but so true.
Shut it down. NOW!!! We're just so sick of this.

Interesting is right! You were the lucky one who may have been the first call of the day. And your tech didn't call out sick or is van started right up on the first try, or he didn't have a family emergency, or he actually felt like WORKING that day. WOW! On time and repaired on the first attempt. That's like winning the lottery, my friend!! Consider yourself very lucky, but trust me on this... I wouldn't try that again if I were you.

Hello. IM a person who needs there AC checked out .
I wanted to check out Sears service . I remember my parents using them.
I googled sears service and WOW all these super bad reviews came up .
Many mad and upset people .good thing I looked . I went with another local company.

Be Happy your manager dose not make the reschedule calls other wise you will be out 18 hrs a day 7 days a week. and once you start to catch up they will just accept more calls

Regardless of the members' home being submerged in seawater, you are still required to sell them a Sears Home Warranty, or face termination. Is that clear?
