Formal change won't happen until emergence. Once we officially emerge expect a lot of changes very quickly.

I don't think Elliott is in charge yet; Windstream's web site still lists the old board members, not the new slate agreed upon as part of the bankruptcy deal.
Does anybody know when the formal changeover happens?

I was already part of some poor decision. Instead of retaining people and selling off a division for profit or even fire sale prices they instead decided to run the Titanic into the iceberg.

We don't publish monthly P & L now that we are private. I have no idea what we are losing but it's a downward spiral. CLEC is a cancer on the books right now.

For you folks that think you are keeping Mom and Pop up in the ILEC and CLEC game. Their little copper DSL doesn't pay the bills. I don't think Elliot is concerned about them or you. What you need to do is quit fighting the fight and quit trying to justify yourself to this site about how important you think you are. Good Luck.
You are right. Expect a bloodbath if you aren't ILEC, SD-WAN, or OfficeSuite. Everything else is going to get crushed.
Elliot isnt going to take a loss month over month......what would be their end game in that scenario? They have a target ROI for the first 12 months. The changes will be coming quickly. CO’s and collocations will have their leases terminated and they will walk away from that TDM equipment, has zero value. They need to trim MRC right out of the gate.
Elliott will cut/sell whatever they need to make a profit on their investment. They own Frontier, They own Uniti, they made changes at ATT please don’t think of oneself as important or not replaceable. To Elliott you are nothing more than a piece of a particle of a pawn in their movement. Layoffs and selling units are coming, losing money monthly isn’t Elliott’s game unlike former Windstream.

dont think anything will happen for awhile. we still have to support what we have and orders still be installed in the co and prems, this cant be shut down quickly . also, we already knew the judge would rule this week, so that isnt news.
