Paycuts and lay offs and they still give out bonuses??

So the folks that had their pay cut by 10% have had that restored too?
Restitution for the 10% lost wages?
And bonuses to folks that haven't been on the payroll for a year!

Follett is literally giving money away right now. Some people received bonus payments that haven’t worked here in over a year.
So those that were RIF'ed, who gets those bonus checks?
Will they be getting a prorated bonus check? 11/12th's of their bonus?

It’s hard to tell what to believe how dire the circumstances are. Transparency is not a priority for those below the Regional level. If judging by the actions taken, circumstances are very dire. Open enrollment is upon us, guess we will see just how dire by what they do with our benefits.
I was actually shocked to see they're paying out bonuses for last FY. Maybe the financial situation isn't as bad as people claim?
- Or maybe some of you should review your bonus statements in ESS for 2020. If you are entitled to a bonus, they should be paying it out this week.

Not sure if this is satire or not but the quarterly bonus is accrued now but paid in July, only to those still on the payroll...
