Chevron 89%. Exxon 44% and falling. Does anyone hear the employees cry for help? They are not all just people caught up in the PIP. Management has lost the trust of its lifelong employees - tragic and not good for the shareholder!

@1url+16W2Wrq0 - I agree that CSR is a problem. It's a black hole that s—s in hundreds of millions of dollars every year, and nothing useful ever comes out. However, DW has simply continued with the myth that previous CEO's (at least as far back as Rawl) maintained - that CSR contains the best R&D engineers and chemists in the world and their combined brains (through "collaboration and synergy") would generate exponential numbers of breakthroughs in science and technology.
Well, where are they? All I saw were lots of activities and industry meetings to promote the profile of a certain VP, and tons of money being funneled to academia, small specialist companies and IBM. Involvement in green initiatives (such as climate change consortia, carbon sequestration and even algae) are just PR exercises, with virtually no creative work in CSR and a total reliance on external work.
It's very expensive PR and makes me wonder how much of a return the company really gets on its expensive sponsorship in other areas (e.g. NASCAR and Formula 1 racing teams). They certainly rammed that PR down our throats as employees, as if those involved were the real stars of the company!
A CEO who cannot see BS from its minuscule incompetent organization like CSR is going to take down the organization,
