I left a few years ago and actively ensure new place avoids DXC for any business.
1000s of ex employees must do the same.
Just leave y'all
What's next for DXC London ? - here you go.
Rent office space in buckhingam palace and also in madame tassaud. Show crown next series and downtown abbey in the big screen office TV. Priti Patel will come and help us in HR issues.
Move on guys, if there are no customers, shut it and move on,
We are digital company, there is no reason for large office space! A small office with a meeting room that you can rent when a face to face meeting is required. Use Zoom, Webex, etc... Come on get with the the program!
Would make sense to close down empty offices and consolidate existing used office space into less sites.
If this is the case then there is no future for DXC in UK or Europe in general. Dont forget COVID - those people who have not left or been made redundant are working from home. London has no future, Writing has been on the wall for the last couple of years. Only real money contracts they have in the UK are renewals where the client had no option but to renew. All the major government contracts they had that made big money have gone or have been carved up with DXC being left with sc-aps. All decent sales guys have left, delivery is in a mess - they cant actually deliver. Lots of contracts are going into dispute. DXC might be hiring in India , good luck with that, most of the guys hired use google for their knowledge. Europe - loads of experienced staff taking WFR and being snapped up by major players. Prospective clients need to do proper due diligence before awarding a contract to these cowboys - go talk to existing clients or previous clients. Talk to Steve Hilton about the time the EU DC went down and a global bank lost their services - when the CIO phoned the DXC service desk they couldn't help as DXC ServiceNow was down - same DC - no failover. lol as I said - cowboys.
