Anyone know what we can expect to make if we ever get to a Band? Anyone got the details on how much a band 6,5,4,3,2 makes?

Depends on your salary structure (PTE’s are on a higher scale than general management), your status (HC, GM, IM, etc), grade/overall seniority, and other factors (like if you’re HV).
The pay at any band has a range with min and max.
G14 is $145k base top quartile
Band 6 is $165k Base at top q in Houston
Band 5 is $190k-$230k base in Houston
All good, if you will hold that position for long.
I get just over 200 k plus 20% pip, options plus RSUs.
Band 6 is at 150K
How in the hell do I make more than a band 6? Lol

Band 6 here for over 10 years: 95K then, 115K now, 20% PIP. I also got some stock options once, that i can exercise for the low low price of $100 each any day i want ! :D
$120K+, stock options, and better bonus plan.
