With a simple magic touch, Oracle can turn a loyal, but unstructured gathering of SC, and turn them, almost overnight, into Cloud Engineers. Just change their title!
And not to stop there, with anothet simple word, convert them to make them the most certified, most highly qualified (granted only on Oracle products, who else would want to be?) CE's in the industry, while still paying the same, or less, than the original SC's.
Not complaining, it has worked out for me, but it certainly is amazing to watch.
