I am not sure what this has to do with the forum topic.
I believe they will probably close the woodland hills california branch.
There were already few people coming in every day because people worked remote there.
It would save them the cost of paying for the parking of each person that did come in.
This is what I think.
I also think they will reduce the number of people because with
the new systems they are
putting in, they do not need all those people.
The place was just not productive.
I was there a long time also and just a lot of gossip going on when they should have been doing what they were assigned to do.
I do not object to what you experienced there but this was the view from
a place in woodland hills, california at another place.
This was posted on indeed and you will be able to view the date when it was written.
I think you may need to register to click on the review section, although I am not sure.
former employee woodland hills california
aetna woodland hills is a collection of employees who have been there for a long time. Meaning all processes are outdated, which means no innovation, and work is doubled. No one is open to new ideas or processes. Senior employees feel that their time with the company allows for them to be unprofessional with no consequence. Management is afraid to speak up and correct those behaviors. this makes anyone new feel uncomfortable. The work could be less if their processes were improved. But, the environment is absolutely toxic and the pay is awful. I would not recommend working there.
