Have you ever wondered if TT and his wife sit at the dinner table and had a discussion? Wife says, TT your employees don't really care for you or the company. Their morale is really low and you dropped the company off of the stock market, and you drove it to bankruptcy and sold out to Elliot. TT looks back at her and says, Remember all of our expensive trips and the big house we live in and our kids college is paid for and you Gucci handbag and the Mercedes outside. I don't really care about them. We banken up in here.

Leave...find a new job. I did and its so nice not working there any longer.
Remember how they (TT and his wife) struggled and she cried when he renewed his contract just two days after losing the trial. Remember this was also two days before declaring CH11 a couple days later?
I do and this trauma still comes to mind as a struggle with my ever decreasing compensation hoping I will never have to deal with the concerns that TT and is family have endured. Thankfully I do not need to ruin thousands of lives for my own greed!!
I would like to meet with HR and TT to discuss my future with Windstream - but they so far have declined to hear my concerns......hmm perhaps if I fill out the employee survey.........then perhaps that wont work either.
