Finally getting rid of some dead wood, Paul S on $15million per year for doing very little has been ousted. But these lucky buggers always fall on their feet his now CEO but cant see them paying him $15m that was just a backhander from the the mike l era.
Well done Mike S you pulled off a brilliant $14 Million cost saving on 1 hit. Make sure the new guy is on max of $1m inc shares.
Next you need to trim a few layers of management as they really dont have anything to do. That should deliver another $100m and we will be in profit.
Please dont bring in any more Accenture cronies they are really not needed, if you want to spend bring in good sales people so the book to bill can be positive.
I'm sure this can all be fixed by Mike bringing in more of his friends to siphon off any remaining value before it implodes and they all slope off to their Malibu mansions, cackling like crooks after a successful heist.
Too much management looking for things to do, so they invent new paperwork to keep people busy.
Get rid of the overhead management layers who dont add value.
Restructuring you would think by now, we would have a workable structure. How can we sell Digtial Transformation to our clients if we restructure all the time. Shows everyoone we don't have a F'in clue

Same old same old story more WFR in Europe and US getting rid of invaluable staff who had good work ethics, hard working then the same role / work done by 3-5 new apprentices on entry level wage / lower cost centre without any / little experience.
In Europe, some of my colleagues in delivery were notified. Few of them already left. I suspect it's going to be a blood bath up and till Christmas. Same stuff, different year.
