The pay is terrible for Belk. They demand too much for the pay they offer compared to other retail.

It’s all the same. Every company is doing what they need to do right now. If you leave Belk it will be the same wherever you go off you stay in retail
At the bottom, even Nordstrom,Macy’s, and JC Penney had a better credit rating than Belk
