The way things have been going, we'll be lucky if we survive the next year without liquidation. With the leadership we have, we are on borrowed time and anything beyond that is unrealistic to expect.

Macy*s will not totally go under, but they will be very, very small say 2-4 years from now. Bankruptcy could be in the near future, but the property they have (helped in spring of this year) could help them out again.

Macys has been swirling down the drain since about 06 it’s been nothing but smoke and mirrors for Bout 15 years that superficial company is getting is just do.
