Hey, I'm on a PIP, and given how the market's trending, I'm pretty sure that I'm still going to be out of a job once this is over. Anyone know any head-hunting websites/companies so I can get my name out there?

They may have gotten better now but in the past the outplacement service was not great.
Headhunters today are all pushy Indians that just want to hit their submittal numbers and don't care beyond that. Good luck understanding them - stock up on aspirin.

I really can't recommend using head hunters. They're an expensive service whose results can be accomplished for free with an up-to-date LinkedIn profile and some good networking etiquette. As others said, consider switching to PIL and using the outplacement services instead.
A lot of contract consultant work out there, I get calls and messages at least 3-4 a week. Downfall, most are short term and maybe 70% of salary market rates
Per OP's request, it seems rightly so that this person has been put on PIP.
I’m really sorry that you are on PIP especially in the current market. In the US you can switch to PIL so that you can spend your time finding a new job and get access to Right Management.
If you need the help and have no idea where to start maybe consider taking PIL and using outplacement?
