Corporate doesn't want employees taking to ex-employees

What do you think of that?

If you look at this site, the ex employees seem to cause a lot of
trouble for current employees, by spreading false information.

There’s a lot more current employees posting on here than ex employees.

not surprising. at my store (yes i still work there for some godforsaken reason) if you aren't "in" with the management you are basically invisible and only a "body" to them, to be placed on the schedule where needed. you will never be promoted or grow in the company because management pick their favorites and coddle them. but then management at my store also spends all day on their phones.

They won’t go after you if you get another book store job.
They won’t go after you if you talk about them.
They threaten your severance but can’t do anything.
Tell you who you can talk to. I’d love to see them try.

I totally believe it !
When I was let go, all of a sudden I heard nothing from people I texted with over 10 times a day. Little by little I deleted them all because I never heard from them . And someone , finally ,told me it wasn’t my imagination.

It's none of BN's business who we talk to or what about!

I think it s—s, but it's not surprising, coming from BN. Even while I was working there, management was hardcore cold to many of us. How the eff can they tell employees that they can't talk to ex-employees? Eff BN & J. Daunt.
