I thought Windstream employees were joking about not getting raises for a couple or even a few years. Now I see there was some truth to all of it. I can not believe that this company touts that the top players will get retention bonuses and title promotions for more money while the working folks get nothing. I know that a couple of people have gotten raises, but for the majority of us, this is not true. This place has some very outdated and inconsistent policies that make absolutely no sense except to the overinflated policy makers who really don't seem to have a clue, they just happened to be the last man/woman standing to take that new title increase. Maybe, just maybe things are truly turning this time. Never mind, I know better!

We'll at least you know the right number for it. You wouldn't if you had to look it up in Windstream's phone book.

But we’ve turned the corner and we are going upstream to land those bigger customers! There has never been such an exciting time to be apart of Windstream!

And I just wanted to thank T and L for giving me this opportunity to lead such a great team! We have some exciting projects in the works!
