What's going on?
As we can all see and feel, our days at this plant is numbered.
Farming out pretty much all the jobs. Parts being sent back as rejected.
Never a meeting to talk with the employees, to set minds at ease.
What does anyone know?

During the last town hall with slip, the lighting COE came up a few times in a positive manner. They recognized our vey high margins, which is exactly what HON needs in the current environment. For the moment I believe we just need to work on our quality and past dues.
