its not mandatory - it is highly encouraged that you take the survey
I don't believe it is mandatory......I do not have any positive feedback anyways. I continue to fall behind inflation while work load grows. Nothing management can do is the catch all answer....so why the push?
Just got a directed email...”do the survey today”....end of email
Why do they care about this survey? They never fix anything, its like the all hands meetings and avoiding the tough questions. And the joke measurement used to make responses look better called 'most engaged' category...give me a break.
I have already been singled out as one that has not completed the survey....come on...its anonymous right?!?!?!
There shouldn't be any retaliations from management when you are asked for your opinion. If they cant handle what you have to say then dont put out a survey, especially one that is mandatory.

So if you found out your mgr/director/whatever, got a bonus if he got everyone on his 'team' to fill it out - would that be enough to keep you from doing it? It did me. Wise up
If its anonymous how come my manager always emails a list of those of us that don't do the survey? Not sure about other depts but the one i am in EVERYTHING I do on the pc is recorded so if i take it at work then you already know what I wrote and they like to schedule you a time to do it. Duh why dont you just sit with me while I fill it out and save the pretense?? Note to management we are not as dumb as you people think we are. Last year less than 75% responded. Of that 75%, 50% +/- said they were looking for other employment. Obviously that point is never mentioned by management.
My VP called me and other employees out on our surveys.
Give lowest scores and do not leave any comments. Or do not participate at all. Only thing that employees can do to demonstrate how sick they are of the status quo
I love how they say it’s not mandatory then hound you thru your manager with veiled threats. Either rate them high or welcome to the layoff list!!! And yes they track individual negative comments...

I agree , it’s definitely not anonymous. Nobody really cares anymore and employees are just there to collect a paycheck. The moral is at an all time low and wonder why. How many times can you be told things are getting better only to see the top brass gets fatter and get away with the planned bankruptcy and the poor little peeps get bent over again. They never really share the good surveys and make it out to seem like people are on board and actually like working for WS. This will most likely be the last of the WS surveys because the handwriting is on the wall. Putting lots of lipstick on this pig with major investment into fiber so expect a big old for sale sign bragging about the growth potential by taking over this company.

1st thought, its not anonymous and 2nd who gives a sh–? Nothing ever changes after all the hype about it and after the results come back. They manipulate the numbers for the survey to suit their needs just like for everything else. Its all about the numbers here and ehat looks good
