If belk is doing so good why not announce that stores are closed for thanksgiving and NO Employees have to work (including fulfillment), why not bring back all furloughed employees? Why only have 2 registers open? Why not give raises and 40 hours to full time? why not restore 401k match? why not keep PTO the same? Why lay off 600 people in corporate office? Why not give holiday pay? Why not open fitting rooms? Why not hire loss prevention for all stores? Why not bring back shoe department commission? Why make managers do fulfillment instead of managing the store?
