Ok I am going to be a d–k here, folks dont share links that are behind paywalls, most people dont subscribe to these places so they are useless to most of us.
Couldn't read the whole article, but - "lucrative"?? If that was true, where IS all that money? Where has it been all these years? And if it's so great, why are we letting it go?
