Those of us in one-income families with kids and bills to pay are being forced to chose between our safety and our jobs. Macy's does things in half measures, cuts corners just to save a dime. And who pays for it? We do. We are the ones who'll get sick and take it to our family members - some of whom could be in a high-risk group.
I need my job, but my safety is also important. I wish those in charge would care enough to realize that.
Macy’s doesn’t care about you. The hard working back bone to their Business , they only care about what’s social going on in the world and how they can jump on the ban wagon to save face. . There not about change they are only about their public image. Ie parade , fireworks , store front displays etc. yet they preach Diversity Yes diversity while your diverse employees suffer day in day out with life long illness while JG hands out bonus on to the “ club “ that you will never be in.
