Not long now until the doors close on this failing business, thanks to the executive team who still get paid huge bonuses and wage payments. The company doesn't have enough people to do the little work remaining, most are overstretched already customers can see this. time to cull the top management maybe ?

Oh god. This is the same old dude that’s constantly on this website because “he’s not worried” about layoffs. Has nothing better to do than waste company time trolling these posts. Most people that actually did and have what this senior citizen says, would be content in calling it a career and enjoying retirement. It’s obvious this old-timer is full of it and/or has no life outside of his job. His old lady is just fine not being home full time....hmmmm ;-0

You see i had 24 years with a previous company, so when they closed the doors i came to Tuboscope and brought along with me my profit sharing / 401k. After 23 years here my retirement fund is exceptional. I reached full retirement age 2 years ago but, why retire?
Been with TB for 23 years? I'd be kind of worried if I were you, they are going after the over 40's with the layoffs
Budget time, hopefully not too many will lose their jobs but unfortunately we know people have to go. I sure am hoping they cut all the cry babies from tower, what a bunch of losers.
I've been with Tuboscope for 23 years and never witness so much crying going on that's happening at tower. Have you little boys ever worked a day in your life anywhere else?

So many of y'all put so much energy into complaining and putting down a company, why not try learning something new? or go find another job? If you're not happy, move along, get out of the way and let someone take your place.

Getting rid of the producers is a simple understanding if you know how this company works. You see these pathetic managers and so called leadership team are intimidated by those Top Producers. Instead of using them and managing them correctly to better the company, they are scared they will ultimately be found out how horrible they are as managers (i.e. Segway Guard) and be replaced. They prefer to throw them under the boss and get rid of them instead. That is why we are in the position we are in....the top producers are gone. We have the expense spenders, the know-nothings and the coasters running the show. Its sad!

Cull the top management and consolidate other management positions. Company is top heavy right now. The approach to ride through this storm is confusing to me. Dont understand getting rid of the producers
