Get busy living or get busy dying. At Follett you are busy dying and waiting for the executioner.
Don't fear failure looking for a new job during a pandenic. Fear being in the exact same place next year as you are today.

OP, agree so much. To the person who says leave. Have you not noticed that we are in an economic crisis, and jobs are hard to find. You must be one of those at the top, a well paid person.
