Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

What about Upstream RTD?

Formerly known as URC and now RTD in the Upstream is one of the worst organization. All it has done is Bull ShIlted all the way for past 15 years. One of the worst or most misguided management that you can find. Past D&S manager may have been extremely arrogant and clueless but such behavior were rewarded and hence similar examples are everywhere.

Reading other notes, it seems that the only other organization that can compete with it in being poorly managed is CSR in Clinton, NJ.

The corporation is now paying the price for enabling such organizations to permeate EM.

@1sgp+16ME2qCc That describes a lot of Supervisors at xom. It’s unfortunate
but true.

There is a supervisor who is highly paranoid, constantly worried about himself and spending all his time to suk up to the management —- probably only way for him to make it to the very low level management. Someone so poor in attributes that several technical and hard working employees from one of the top schools left the company under him.

Hmm interesting note. Let me go figure out what do these acronyms RTD and CSR etc. mean?

Who cares. XOM will not flinch and be better off without a place like that.
They don't do no good business or research.
