Is Autosol having furloughs in Nov/Dec?
GLI and ELP condition future leaders to be in the same mold as current execu5ives, dull administrators, not visionary leaders.
I'm not sure getting rid of 60 year olds would help much. There are plenty of younger workers who are being mentored in the same fashion and the same mind set. Think of those that are / were being fast tracked with GLI type programs. Bluntly based on several characteristics, I would think that getting rid of some of these 20 and 30 years olds who think they should be CEO after 2 years would be my first pick, then anyone who attended GLIs. Especially those that didn't even consider implementing what they learned. BTW, was any of the really useful GLI stuff ever implemented?
Bluntly, the ultimate issue here is the Board of Directors. We need a Board that isn't hand picked by Farr, some Mutual Fund operator or a Corporate Raider. Someone who actually knows what its like to use control products in the plant and can turn a buck. BTW, that doesn't mean those that sat in a chair and purchased the equipment. I mean actual users and implementers, not a "C" dufus.
We also need people who have not been brainwashed with less-than-useful MBA programs and can't even consider thinking against that ole prof's mantra back at that Ivy encrusted brick monolith.
They protect the executives with fat paycheck and benefits. All the executives who are above 60, starting with Farr, should be ‘retired’.
Every executive who is 60 or above including David Farr, should be retired!!!
Not forgetting the top rated failed executive, egotistical David Farr.
