I've been here for almost three months and am leaving as soon as I find another job. Thirty years working with 20 in my chosen profession and never have I seen or been subjected to the needless and wasteful CYA Politics that drives at least a third of my day. Explains the stock price.

VP of packaging in EA is the king of CYA culture. he’ll take credit for the teams work as his own and throw people under the bud so he can ride it out until retirement and spend his days shopping online.

Unlimited vacation=no vacation payout when they lay you off. Bonuses are not guaranteed. Any so-called perks are just payment for the dysfunction you are forced to tolerate. Life is too short to be stressed all the time.
Good for you! If you find anything worth looking at, repost. This place is full of mo–nic id–ts that deserve to go down with the ship. Not sure if its Scientology or just a cult in general...
But where will you go? Name one other company with unlimited vacations and huge cash bonuses during the holidays. I can't.
