CRT claims have been asking peeps to use PTO if they want to and it will be auto approved. Also, anyone who wants to leave at anytime can do so. Some peeps without PTO can leave with no occurrence given? How does that happen? Have heard through a lot of peeps the Dept has “very low low inventory” has been going on for over a month now if not longer. How does an insurance company have low inventory? What’s really going on? Should we all be worried about a looming lay-off. Anybody know without deliberately imposing fear for your personal gain?

Probably low volume because low experiences due to COVID-19 or offshoring work
My supervisor said it was told to him that no one is going to the doctors offices or having surgeries.
NO department should EVER have employees sitting without work. Shame on YOU management. It’s YOU people that are the incompetent ones and not the employees who unfortunately work under you. Management should be FIRED for not mandating the flow of work. You all are being laughed at because of your incompetence. Flipping the bird to YOU!
