What does loyalty have to do with it? Are you saying that someone was laid off and now their former colleagues and even former manager is not acknowledging them? The employees one works with in a compay are not your friends, are not your buddies and not your family. They are simply other employees working for the same company collecting a paycheck.
Define loyal employee? What is an example of a loyal employee?
