Start w/Corporate Strategic Research (CSR) in Clinton, NJ

Efficiencies and cost cutting masters , start with Corporate Strategic Research (CSR) in Clinton, NJ. A full fledged investigation is warranted to understand all the misuse of company money and deliberately creating hallucinating advertisement by its management.

I worked at Clinton for a few years and it's true - billions of dollars have been wasted, just to preserve the myth that these are the elite scientists and engineers, the best of the best. In the next couple of years, CSR is going to lose the last few truly great scientists that they have. The ones remaining have been recruited under the EM system which rewards mediocrity, applauds stupidity (in the name of actively caring) and promotes those who simply tell the manager what he/she wants to hear rather than what he/she needs to hear (the "yes men" culture). If the staff in CSR were half as good as they keep telling us they are, EM would have billions of dollars of licensing income from all of the useful patents that were obtained. Instead, they spent all of that money on what? "Blue sky" research that yielded nothing except good PR (e.g. algae). Now desperate, the only research that may yield anything is that contracted out to universities or purchased from other companies (e.g. carbon capture).

Sorry - but this OP is the same CSR-hater who has ranted many times again.
Same topic.
Including some highly inappropriate feedbacks to those who object to misogyny / racism / homophobia / anti-science statements.
The Excrement guy. Back again.

Well said and most may agree with your assessment of CSR. It is interesting how big dogs in Dallas and astute hard working investor has not yet noticed the BS propogated by few. Watch out though, mention of selected individual(s) makes your entry disappear fro this site as the person or his minions maybe trolling this site with vigor.

A lot of those scientists are out of touch and are focusing on basic research that is more suited for academia. Probably the reason why we are partnering more with MIT, Princeton, etc... cheaper to pay a grad student stipend than full employee benefits for the same caliber of work.

Your anger is misplaced. The hallucinations are forced top-down from P&GA. The CSR scientists are caught in the middle.
