Don't think you're going to find a job just like that. It will take months even for those who are highly skilled. I know, I've been looking for 2 months now. It is a tough market out there/
They already started; agency and consultants were let go earlier this year. Some Ford employees were also walked out very quietly in first quarter before COVID lockdowns.
Bottom line is it was said I’m 2018 when they first started talking about SRD that it was multi year approach over three to five years. So 2020 & 2021 will he like 2018/2019 - voluntaries followed up by involuntaries by 2nd qtr 2021.
