Yes, that's right. It has been 2 weeks since the rug got pulled from under you. 2 weeks since you had the dumbest decision ever slam dunked in your face. 2 weeks since you realized that the company you work for is being led by mo–ns (or maybe you already knew this). 2 weeks since you were told that you were being replaced by ignorance and inexperience. But don't fret. Everyone knows how stupid this decision is. Many of the departments and key figures we deal with on a daily basis are concerned about this absurd decision. Of course the powers that be wouldn't know that because they know nothing about what we do. They think we put together pretty little ads and that's it. Maybe that's what that duplicitous Cindy Jansky told them but that's far from what we do. And if Michael Neidorff climbed down from his golden toilet once in awhile he would know that.
So I just wanted to wish you a happy 2-week anniversary. Because I'm sure within that 2 weeks you have forged ahead. You have continued to offer your experience, your knowledge, and talent to Centene. You have continued to work hard. Continued to go above and beyond. Continued to work long hours. Continued to work well into the night. Continued to make this treacherous billion dollar company a success. All to help a company that does not even value your efforts. Because if they did they wouldn't be replacing you with a cheap version. So I want to do what Michael Neidorff and Ken Burdick are not doing: Saying THANK YOU for forging ahead in spite of the uncertainty that lays ahead. And may you land at a company that appreciates you more than Centene does.
