Well, if you’ve not been making yourself “visible” enough, you’re likely out by December. Never mind that your strong work ethics were recognized and there was NO negative feedback. What goes around, comes around. I shall sit back and wait for your turn dear management.
Well, since XOM is denying its a “lay-off”, I just think of it as I got layed! And by layed I mean f__ked beyond ALL recognition! That way it’s simply amazing.

USA started in July with the PIP, PIL or Retire.... no packages here... best advice if you can go...

RE comment below. Are you kidding me? Due to different laws in different countries, you can not get away with the 3 mo. Pip as in the US. If you want to get rid of people by year end, must resort to more humane ways of getting rid of people. US people dreaming if they think they will get a package.
