They cannot issue more bonds any more.. and have no choice but to do this to cut employees.. just look at the remaining cash on hand.. will not last till the 4Q payout..

So.. where are we getting money for severance? Without cutting the expensive executives and T2.. they are the ones deciding your fate..

Be a leader, align the practice, employee begging you to declare the unethical approach is indeed a retrenchment. We have served the company during crisis, let’s compromise, we employee helped you in cost cutting, in return just declare SG, US, China, India, Thailand undergoing retrenchment.
Pay employee retrenchment package via installment if company is indeed in critical financial situation not affording to pay in lump sum.
