Well, my number got pulled today over at Holmes Rd. I really didn’t see this coming. I’ve never been laid off or fired so I don’t know how to really react. Can’t believe, all the love, sweat and tears I put into my job here, and how impersonal the lay off process was. No emotion at all from them, totally rushed process. I’m so surprised by how many people have been cut around here but no consolidation of VPs. I mean, they have Operation VPs managing other Operations VPs. Same with sales. Whose going to do the work when they fire all of the workers?

@6rjx+16K64Ccs 100% agree. Holmes Road engineering under that VP has ZERO innovation. Nobody building anything new. Just keep rehashing the same 40yr old tech with the same complacent old guys that all worked together with the VP back when they built it the first time.
Holmes Rd is horribly managed. Complete joke. The VP of manufacturing engineering, initials DC, is this biggest clown on the property. He as no clue what is going on most of the time.

You mean i can't believe everything i read on here?...LOL, I know all about the information on this site and take it with a grain a salt, I can't speak for the others on here but i know i am tired of seeing every post hijacked. Some users on here actually come here looking for advice (why i don't know).
To the last couple posts. I’m gonna full you in on something....the information on this site is not that accurate. Matter of fact it’s pretty bad lol. You guys are the ones that produced this guy But ok...point taken. :-)

Im tired of it showing up in threads that have nothing to do with him. Can we keep it in the appropriate thread? When I see a new comment on the Tuboscope thread I read it ...only to find out it has nothing to do with Tuboscope of the layoffs happening within the division

This is bigger than the OP. We are talking about a deep state or in this case an ex intelligence galleria officer who has managed to get all his nick names red flagged for removal. It’s ok...just ignore it. This is only for people who know. Ironically this guy was booted out of Tuboscope years ago. Have a great day.

It gets yanked because as mentioned before he knows “people” lol. It’s ok everyone knows how mo–nic he is. The company deserves to keep these non-producing A-kissers. He’s been sad since his papito left.
We are going to have to find a new nickname for him though. Thoughts?

I'm curious what department you worked in. I work in manufacturing (Holmes Rd.) and heard a lay off is happening today (Tuesday Sept. 2) for all of Tuboscope.
Sorry you got laid off, hopefully things do get better , so we all can get back to working and providing for our families. Just take it one day at a time .
