Two things,
1) The timing of the roll out
2) the way the VIP was presented to the employee's
3) Courage

During the 2000s the employees were given ample time to prepare. Some of you may recall Mark would come on and tell us reductions were going to happen months ahead of time. Not one week. The VIP is not very clear on critical items like healthcare. Jim Farley painting a rosy picture instead of being the one to tell the employees packages were coming. No Balls..

Amen! - Payroll/HR/Purchasing, ...... too many games. glad I stuck to engineering. Tough but less politics. Problem now is this critical skill nonsense and they can pick and choose who gets it.

I dont know about the media reports, but HR has been a disaster for years and you never hear about what a dumpster fire that dept is. Kiersten should be the first one shown the door when round 2 of SRD happens.
