Just like in 2018/2019 - first the voluntaries (this year), next make people sweat it out for nealry 6 months in 2021 before making final "decisions" on headcount and org charts. I recall someone in late 2018 or 2019 on this very board said SRD was a mutlti-year plan - guess they were correct!

Yup, this is exactly the Ford way; Aldo why we have not been number 1 in forever and a day.....too many distractions and not enough adherence to details and long range planning.
So more failed critical launches and quality problems because nobody can concentrate on their work. Rather spend all our time now trying maneuver, back stab, and cya in order to try to desperately ensure you keep your job. Wash, Rinse, Repeat - the Ford Way
