Look at title and mortgage companies, even banks. Those businesses are booming and can’t hire people fast enough.
After being let go after 20 years all I can say is thank you. Follett did me a favor. You don’t realize the level of crazy until you are out.

Seriously, I appreciate you sharing that your a leaving. It is helpful in my decision to know that they are abusing everyone and it is not just me. Good luck. I can only be better somewhere else. We are all holding onto the back railing of the Titanic and it is about to go under.
This is not an airport. There's no need to announce your departure.
