High Performers PIP’d

Employees who were PIP’d posted ranks on some of the older threads. Many were higher CL and had no negative feedback.

A lot of low perfumers are still there which days this did not have much to do with performance.

High CL does not necessarily mean high performers...

Yeah, from what I heard and saw it looks like they targeted specific CL and age ranges, looks like CLs 26+ and ages 35+ were hit the hardest, regardless of prior/current relative performance.

CL28, 32 years, previously middle third, review on PDS in April was excellent, Objectively performance was just that - excellent, all goals met / exceeded, no issues raised, all conversations revolved around improving position, no issues raised subsequent to PDS review, then.....PIP

Clearly, that is the most difficult part psychologically, the lack of warning, and therefore the inability to do anything about the issue to try and ensure you don't end up in this position. Also the lack of an explanation on what the issues are.. or are perceived to be....

Fudging slightly to anonymize.
But I've been paid to fudge for oh so many years.

CL27 - 34 years. Tried the PIP for a couple weeks - then opted out for PiL.
I can't live current life with the pension allotment proposed, but that maybe was too high-life,

The Lump Sum is chunky right now. Straight from the coffer.

Yep. Dropped from 1/3 , 66.7% points in July, after an April ‘good job’.
