This is completely irrelevant to the current layoff situation. Everyone knows that this is just grandstanding by state and district attorneys with political ambitions. I simply cannot believe that somebody stupid enough to not understand the potential link (and associated risks) between fossil fuels and climate change would actually have money to invest.
