No idea about PIP but I observe that coworkers are preparing for the worse now. WFH hours helps give them time to do so..
The press needs to report this story.. . Mothership? Straits times?
Whoever have seen the PIP will know it is set for one to fail - unrealistic goals with unattainable targets. so whoever come out with such plan and whoever shove it to the staff, it will rebound and hit them harder one day.

PIP is misuse for the incorrect purpose.
Supervisor anyhow state improvement areas, intangible measurement for success.
PIP is here to rip the employee and make them appear NSI in front of new employer, this time EM has document evidence to indicate you are NSI.
HR is here to protect company not the employee.
Good luck to anyone who can overturn and pass PIP.
EM, If you have the guts, let the media know you are deceiving the whole world with this mean dirty PIP.

Poor leaders lead poor supervisor who write poor PIPi.
Just take the PIL and leave.. EM does not need your knowledge nor experience. You are NSI.. give them NSI standard..
Supervisor lost in the woods, don’t even understand how to capture PIP...are u spy from HR, panicky and wanted to probe here?
If yes, please issue an official announcement to all PIP is a retrenchment in disguise!
