They require you to be call call practically 24/7, essentially a slave. And they're using this rule to dump employees this time around.

I am sorry that they don’t recognize you have to support your family and need two jobs. A part time job is a part time job. It should not control anyone’s life. It should be a fixed schedule with 25 hours maximum. After all most of us were only making a little more than minimum wage.
It was my second job. To tell me you don’t have hours to meet my weekend schedule of 15 hours is ridiculous. But then you have 8 employees working 30 hours a week. This type of open schedule only works for someone that has obligations.
