Their product development division is ruled by Karens. Don't.
DO NOT GO TO BARNES And Noble. Ever!!! I worked there for many years and it was bad. I was relieved to be laid off. Terrible management and ridiculous contradictions. I know someone who worked at Target and when I visited Target I was always impressed. They seem much better. Barnes is going downhill. Yes I have been reading their page too. It really is like a bomb went off lol
