PIP 3 month extension?

I’ve heard from a few others and on this site that a PIP extension was possible? The rumor is that it can revert to the old PIP of 6 months instead of the current 3 month program. Anyone else hearing this?

Guess this idea came from trying to be a tech company too?
Pathetic what this company has turned into.

Quotas for minorities - equal opportunity emp. There’s no equal opportunity in PIP and nothing to protect you.

Texas is an at will state for employment and there are no specific laws that say any such thing about having to let a percentage pass for pip. It’s unfortunate but true.

@1erz+16CqxpW2 wish I had your optimism. The program is ment to sever employees from the company, not keep them and make them better.

@hca+16CqxpW2 Not true. Some will pass. They have to be able to show that it’s there to help the employees get better.. similar to quota for minorities

All that are currently PIP'd WILL be gone by Nov 1. No extensions, no beating the PIP. There is zero hope for continuing employment.
