Removal of field resources and increase of pro shops in all markets. We are pushing our legal limits and trying to steer customers as our shops are their only choice.

Our practice in my CSA was that we always prefaced that it is customer choice then followed by the benefits and let them make their own decision. We have some quality shops in our area.
Allstate is still trying to throttle its GHRN shops by inspections via ERL and by phone. The shop may source a Keystone A/M part and we take exception and have them order or price match to something that borders on unreasonable or price march that part.
Allstate should ask it’s GHRN vendors how they like us lol
Allstate can try all they want with the ghrn push all they want to. Some states (such as MN) simply don’t allow for steering. They are still in compliance with the DOI for each specific state. It’s not a fun sell from the claims side but they are abiding by the rules.
Allstate has a low presence as far as DRP's go. I understand the steering reference but other carriers have a much larger presence, select service (state farm), progressive direct, Geico Express, Nationwide blue ribbon.
Of course, Allstate loves to bully GHRN shops into the usual sh– parts, low rate, parts discounts and making them do all the work of a field adjuster, this is a win win for Allstate
