ok so obviously agreement and management have there differences. Its no suprise the Railroad is designed that way. Can we all agree on that? Ok good. Now lets move on and stop trying to make life miserable for oneanother. Nobody here is stupid enough to think they matter at UP right? Ok good. Time to move on and treat eachother like human beings. You're preaching to the wrong crowd whoever you are. The back and forth bickering between crafts will never end. No one is trying to make ones life miserable, except the RR's. Remember, it's all about them. I failed to see where the railroad was designed that way. I have never seen in any job description your supposed to fight with another craft or department. Differences between people is all part of being human. Some will always think their better than the rest.
The real shame is why the board is allowing this to continue. They know what's going on, and they're doing nothing about it. The UP was never really that great to begin with, but the CEO is too concerned about his money. I honestly don't think he cares if the company fails.
It really is a shame to see someone who is so brainwashed by this company. Its sad that someone will sacrifice there integrity and there family for little reward. UP is americas joke nowadays.
