Realistically, how much longer can NOV operate? All BU’s are in the c-apper. So many cuts are being made that if business was to pick up, we wouldn’t have the personnel to get the work done. Can this company really make it another year in this environment?

I bailed out last year, 20+ years, couldn’t continue to work for people who only had interest in looking after their own buddies, for the last few years I saw what was coming down the line and it wasn’t a good thing, I set up a small business and now work 1-2 days a week for the same salary and none of the drama or backstabbing. I used to love NOV with a passion but gotta say it needs a good shake down to rid this dog of his fleas
As long as NOV has the Segway Gossip Rider, the competition will prevail.
You obviously don’t know your competitors very well or understand how bad NOV really is!

I think NOV will outlast the competition.
We need to replace the geniuses at the top if we want to last another year. However, if things keep going south, a lot of these people will probably bail on the company which is good. I keep hearing the CEO saying on podcasts that he is SOOOO PROUD of all the employees, unfortunately we don't feel the same about him and his minions. Need to also restructure middle management, we don't need uneducated and failed law enforcement security running groups to the ground.
Some of the CAPS BU's are making budget in their year end forecasts, just not in the US.

Just got out of a meeting with the Security Segway rider and rest assure he and others that we have no idea what they do at the tower such as most of the PLMs, Technical Sales and the Marketing 'Business Development" folks also known as the CMO's buds that we are SOL but to continue to milk the company for everything we are not worth. He also said he is already trying to get re-certified at the local shopping centers for the nightwatchman position.
It is a good question. The company is literally becoming empty at many facilities. They won't be sbke to find competent people when the market restores. And in addition, they have already k–led all the loyalty among employees.
