I was one of the people not laid off, yet, I would have much rather been laid off with how bad it is here verses keeping my job.
Anyone else feel this way?

I've been warned that I'm basically guaranteed to be laid off soon and, I think I'd disagree.
Finding a new job is gonna s— in this economy
I can say that I had the pleasure of leaving voluntarily, during a pandemic, and it was amazing. Working at Allstate was without a doubt, the worst experience ever. It was an unfriendly, cold, unsupportive environment where you were promised one thing and given something completely different. So, I can relate. Coming from a leadership role, I would highly recommend getting out asap.
Boo Hoo cry me a River... can’t say I feel sorry for you.. try losing your income and health benefits in a pandemic.. go whine some place else.. do you even realize how you come off? No one is chaining you to Allstate.. leave if you don’t like it
