How could a zoom outage drop the SIL servers for officesuite? Something doesnt sound right there. Officesuite is on net, zoom is off net.

Yes, the back office systems were hit with ransomware. The office suite crash was caused by an outage on Zoom note related to our IT systems.

No ticketing in remedy, no OSS access, pretty much spent the past day surfing the web and waiting for a restoral.
