What does this have to do with this board at all?
Why all the talk of H1-B c-ap. AT&T has very few employee's on H1B. However there are more contractors on H1-B, but few if any employee's. They don't want to pay the money to acquire people.
Simple solution; immediately shut down the H1B visa program. We do NOT need them here. We have plenty of bright, young Americans who can do the jobs needed for the American economy. Don’t believe the BS that says otherwise.
AT&T should not be worried about fraud, we have lots oF that in our own company and government altogether, they should worry about the "Visa mills" are helping all these imported superstars to obtain phony credentials, as fake academic degrees...See HBOMAX Fiasco? LOL
